I loved my stay! The heated swimming pool was a perfect relaxation spot after exploring all day. The spacious Family Twin room had comfortable beds and high-quality bedding. Plus, the variety of breakfast options, including local delicacies, really catered to everyone's tastes.

Main entrance closed upon arrival!!! Directions to lobby unclear with chaotic check-in!!! Limited pool time slots with fees not clearly communicated!!! Only three elevators for thirty floors leading to long waits!!!

Man, this spot had mad clean rooms and dope views of the Han River. I loved the power plugs everywhere—no need for adapters. But them elevators? Took forever, like, I was waiting 5 minutes straight sometimes. That ain't cool for a busy traveler like me.

The location was fantastic, close to the metro and shopping. My room was spacious and clean with a comforting bed. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially when I required help storing my luggage. Breakfast offered a delightful variety of local dishes.
